We Are Looking for a Creative Account Manager

Are you excited about being part of the story of both small and big brands and don’t want to just forward emails and handle leaflets? With us, you’ll have the creative space to shape brands from scratch. Define or change their face. And do things in a way that makes sense both to you and to the brands.


You’ll be the true leader of projects, managing them from communication with the client, through timing and budgets, to leading the creative team. You’ll always know what you’re doing and why, and you’ll see the impact of your work.
You’ll visit the best construction sites in Prague, check out greenhouses with the finest tomatoes, sleep in castles, and in short, you’ll get a firsthand look at and create things that will be seen by many.

We are Brandmark, an agency that creates brands and gets them in front of people. We’re looking for an Account Manager who will feel great in our small team.

What’s waiting for you with us?

✨ Creative work on building brands: you’ll be involved from concept creation to final campaigns

✨ Jointly creating communication and content strategies: we create stories that resonate with target audiences

✨ Preparing and defending presentations to clients: you know how to persuade

✨ Assigning tasks and collaborating with the creative team: brainstorming, management, quality control of outputs

✨ Budget management, scheduling, and specifications: independently and efficiently

✨ Campaign evaluation and reporting: we analyze results together and keep moving forward

What do we expect from you?

✅ At least two years of experience in advertising

✅ Communication in both Czech and English is not a problem for you

✅ You enjoy analysis and numbers as much as you enjoy finding original ideas

✅ You are a positive and proactive person who likes to finish projects

✅ You have an eye for detail and can solve problems efficiently

✅ You’re a team player who can work both independently and in the dynamics of a small team

✅ A big advantage is experience in brand building or managing marketing campaigns!
